Be Your Own Best Friend Every Day!

Your daily spiritual practice is a powerful support to you, on effortless days as well as when difficulties arise.  Being loyal to those supportive actions is how you become your own best friend, being “prayed up” to handle whatever comes your way.  

Here are a few things to include in your daily spiritual practice:

Meditation
Observing yourself
Journal about difficult emotions
Forgiveness
Prescription for Spiritual Growth

Action to take to be your own best friend:

Make a list of your own spiritual maintenance practices.  Be specific and realistic. If you commit to meditation every day, for how long?  What time?  How often?  How do you remind yourself to be present and observe where your thinking is? 

Post your list where you will see it often, as a reminder to nurture your evolving Diving Presence.
