Time to Release the Year! Step Four: Disappointments and Difficulties

Beloved Soul in Evolution,

I hope you had a merry Christmas, and felt the love energy all around you!

We now continue our journey of releasing 2014 and opening to new possibilities in 2015.

In this week's video, I address Step 4: Disappointments and Difficulties. What disappointments did you have during the year? What was the biggest difficulty you encountered? Here are some other questions to think about as you journal this step:

1. What do you feel most disappointed about regarding this year?

2. What is the most difficult thing you had to do this year?

3. What decisions, attitudes, beliefs do you have about this year?

4. How are these decisions effecting your life?

Clearing out the disappointments and difficulties will allow you to leave them behind, and move into 2015 with a clean slate and new perspective on your life circumstances.
