The Adventure of Meditation

Beloved Soul in Evolution,

Meditation is the way you connect to your inner Self and evolve your conscious awareness of Infinite Intelligence. Meditation supports your soul as it works to wake you up, dissolve the illusions that keep you in the third dimension. Your meditation time helps build the avenue of your intuition that allows you to receive the guidance and solve your everyday problems.

One of your responsibilities on this journey is to master your mind, since thus far it has been made up of false beliefs grounded in the third dimension. The quieter your human mind gets, the clearer your intuition.

Watch this week's video, then journal your responses to the questions below:

1. How do you still your mind? Is there a technique that you use?

2. How has meditation supported you along your journey?

3. How did you experience your intuition before you started meditating?

4. Do you still have a certain meditation place and time? If so, where do you meditate most often? How does that space support you?

5. What else stood out for you from the video lesson?

See if you can push yourself in your meditation time this week. If you meditate for 20 minutes a day, see if you can go 25 minutes. If you meditate for an hour, go an extra 15 minutes. Write down what you notice after several days of going the extra mile. You are adding power and energy to the fuel of your spiritual growth! Let me know how it goes!
