El termómetro espiritual

Una de las herramientas que más me ayudaron era el termómetro espiritual porque me ayudó a hacer el observador de mi mismo. Por medido de usar el termómetro, era capaz de calibrar mis pensamientos y acciones para tomar elecciones mejores.
