El ego vive en los opuestos -- alegría, tristeza, amor, odio, etc. -- y se siente inferior o superior según su juicio de la situación. El ego mide constantemente su ser limitado con otros seres limitados porque el ego quiere sentirse especial y único. En las últimas semanas, hemos estado examinando el ego limitado y haciéndonos más conscientes de su control sobre nuestro juicio y comportamiento.

The ego lives in the opposites -- joy, sorrow, love, hate, etc. -- and feels inferior or superior according to its judgment of the situation. The ego constantly measures it's limited self with other limited selves because the ego wants to feel special and unique. In the last few weeks, we have been examining the limited ego and becoming more aware of its control over our judgment and behavior.
