Clarity from the Soul level only occurs when you are able to stay in tune with your higher Soul Self; your own higher consciousness — and this happens as a result of meditating.
Meditation opens up new avenues of insight and knowledge. It helps you to recognize and release perceptions and habits that keep you stuck and hold you back on your spiritual journey.
